Returns & Refunds

Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window for eligible items. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or resolution.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging must be intact

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

At Car Confidence, we carefully select practical, reliable products designed to support your safety, independence, and confidence on the road.

Each item is chosen for its functionality, durability, and ease of use. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure every order arrives in excellent condition and ready to use.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the issue so we can assess it promptly

We will review each case and work with you to provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Important – Inspection Requirement

To assess any issue, items must not be disposed of or altered before review.

We may request the item be returned or additional information be provided. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements if the product has been discarded before assessment.

Non-Refundable Items & Situations

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

  • Gift cards

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

Once your return or issue has been reviewed:

  • We will notify you of the outcome (refund, replacement, or alternative resolution)

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
