DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Terms

Car Confidence partners with trusted courier services to ensure safe and reliable delivery of all physical products, including tools, kits, and automotive essentials.

Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and order details have been confirmed. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Car Confidence cannot offer refunds for undelivered or returned orders. Should the order need to be re-sent to a corrected address, a re-delivery fee will apply.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery operates Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Orders are processed and dispatched within standard handling timeframes. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier schedules.

While we aim to deliver within estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

Authority to Leave (Safe Drop Option)

You may choose to authorise Car Confidence to leave your order in a safe location at the delivery address (e.g., front door or another secure area).

To provide this authorisation:

  • Select “Authority to Leave” at checkout (if available)

  • Include any specific delivery instructions in the order notes

Important – Liability Disclaimer

If Authority to Leave is selected:

Car Confidence and our delivery partners are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to items once they have been delivered and left at the nominated location.

We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for orders affected under these circumstances.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery location is secure and that the parcel can be collected promptly.

Pricing & Product Availability

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However:

  • Product availability may vary

  • Packaging or product appearance may differ slightly from images

  • From time to time, substitutions or equivalent alternatives may be provided if a product is unavailable

Any substitutions will always be of equal or greater value and similar function or quality.
